LUMEN Vantage places a bright, full-color peek display and expanded routine control inside the familiar form of a standard Sharpie. Developed from performer feedback on the LUMEN Eye, it introduces a more durable construction, a secure threaded charging cap, and two programmable buttons that allow essential actions to remain directly in your hand.

Use Vantage to receive information or trigger supported integrations without returning to your phone or introducing another visible device. With compatibility across the LUMEN ecosystem and purpose-built visual support for selected ProMystic products, Vantage gives you more control over how information moves through your performance while remaining natural and inconspicuous to the audience.

Bright Full-Color Display: Receive visual information on a brighter, full-color screen concealed within a familiar Sharpie-style form.

Two Control Buttons: Two separate buttons provide greater control over supported actions, including clearing the canvas and sending information through integrations.

Improved Design: The redesigned cap screws securely into place, replacing the previous mechanism that needed to be bent or pried open for charging.Vantage introduces an updated construction designed to improve durability.

Selected ProMystic Support: Vantage can act as a visual receiver for supported ProMystic products, including Real Die, Inside Out, and ColorMatch. It does not replace the ProMystic PMR. The device also includes a deeper integration created for a specific upcoming ProMystic release, with further details to be announced.

Warranty

Audience Wonderland products are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modification, tampering, water damage, or general wear from regular use.

Shipping & Returns

Hardware orders are shipped using a tracked courier service, with 48-hour delivery available where supported by the carrier.

Pre-order timelines vary by product, but most pre-orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking details.

Returns must be approved in advance, and all products must be unused, complete, and returned in their original condition.
