The LUMEN Signature Sharpie is designed exclusively for use with the LUMEN Trilogy, LUMEN Mini, and LUMEN Clipboard. It is not compatible with LUMEN Stage, which uses its own dedicated Sharpie system, and it is not designed for use with third-party products.

The pen does not require charging and contains no battery, allowing it to remain ready for performance without additional power management. Its familiar Sharpie-style appearance supports natural handling and helps create performance symmetry when both performer and spectator are using a Sharpie-style writing instrument.

The Signature Sharpie uses an automatic re-inking system designed to make refilling cleaner and faster than syringe-based methods. The pen can be refreshed by placing it into the included holder for a few seconds, with each refill supporting approximately 25 to 30 words depending on use.

The refill system is designed to work with real Sharpie ink, allowing the Signature Sharpie to maintain the familiar writing feel and appearance expected from a standard Sharpie-style performance prop.

Each refill is designed to remain usable for up to one month, reducing the need for frequent maintenance while keeping the pen ready for regular performance use.

Each LUMEN Signature Sharpie set includes the Signature Sharpie impression pen, designed for compatible LUMEN Trilogy, LUMEN Mini, and LUMEN Clipboard devices.

The set also includes a pocket holder with the automatic re-inking system, allowing the pen to be refreshed quickly between uses.

Included accessories: ink refill cartridges, extra cap, refill tools, and extra nibs.

Audience Wonderland products are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modification, tampering, water damage, or general wear from regular use.

Hardware orders are shipped using a tracked courier service, with 48-hour delivery available where supported by the carrier. Smaller accessories, including pens, papers, refills, and replacement components, may be sent through a standard shipping option when tracking is not required.

Pre-order timelines vary by product, but most pre-orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking details.

Returns must be approved in advance, and all products must be unused, complete, and returned in their original condition.
